Yeditepe University has adopted the principles of internationalization with all its units and departments and is structured to implement strategies and policies in this direction. The Erasmus KA103 program is one of the most important opportunities to implement and disseminate the university strategies specified in the University's internationalization policy. This policy was determined to increase the number of people participating in the program and to improve training and operational standards. As intended, the program helped reach more participants, especially with increased staff mobility, and facilitated the dissemination of the programme's results. In addition, with the increase in the number of internship activities, students' career skills and employability have increased.
