This consortium project, carried out under the coordination/leadership of Gazi University, aimed to increase the professional and personal development of students, improve the professional knowledge and skills of administrative staff and support the internationalisation of academics. The project also aimed to contribute to the development of students' professional and personal skills in finding a job and finding a job to work in more qualified jobs. Another aim of the project is to provide opportunities for students to improve their foreign language skills. With the staff mobility carried out within the scope of this project, it is aimed to bring innovative practices of administrative staff to their universities. In addition, academic staff participated in education and training activities in the project, and thanks to these mobilities, it is aimed to increase the number of joint scientific publications, conferences and projects with the academics of the host institution.
