The main goal of the project was to provide learning and professional development opportunities for students and staff members from Gebze Technical University, Sabancı University, and Bogaziçi University. By facilitating internships and staff mobility, the project aimed to enhance the participants' skills, knowledge, and intercultural competencies. The collaboration with non-academic partners further supported the universities in offering internship opportunities to students, thereby strengthening the link between academia and industry. Focusing on internships and staff mobility, the project aimed to encourage practical experiences, broaden perspectives, and promote international cooperation and knowledge exchange among the participating institutions.
