The project was implemented between 1/9/2021 and 31/10/2023 at Erzincan Binali Yıldırım University. University's strategic plan clearly describes the internationalization goals where student and staff mobility has specific performance indicators. To a great extent, this project serves to attain this goal. A high level of participation in international mobility was achieved. Within this project, 80 students (including 58 for studies and 22 for traineeship) and 19 staff (including 17 for training and 2 for teaching) were selected to participate in the exchange program. The mobility was widely announced to all staff and students via a variety of means such as posters, pamphlets, social media and the official website of our university. In accordance with the criteria in the Annex of the Grant Agreement, a transparent and fair selection process was carried out to determine the participants 97.57% of the budget was spent on the project. Fund transfer was done between budget activities when necessary. Overall, the ratio of the funds spent is more than satisfactory. The results were aligned with the ECHE principles while the project management is consistent with Erasmus Charter of Higher Education.
