With the Veterinary Internship Consortium (VIC) project, our partners and coordinator institution, AKÜ, aimed to contribute to the career management plans of students before and after graduation and to support them in developing skills to be successful after graduation. The consortium provided experience and academic contributions to students studying in the Veterinary department and academic staff working in this department. It also provided them with the opportunity to gain vision regarding their personal competencies such as self-confidence and strong communication skills. VIC adopted a transparent and fair approach in all processes. One of the aims of the project is to find better and more reliable internship places for students through the cooperation of partner institutions and to increase the diversity of internship institutions. We aimed to enable Turkish students to engage in cultural interaction in EU countries with the concept of "mobility", which is the basic philosophy of Erasmus. Within the scope of the VIC 2021 project, a total of 12 internship, 12 staff training and 7 teaching staff mobilities were carried out in 10 countries. In total, 31 mobilities were carried out within the scope of the project.
