Afyon Kocatepe University (AKU) is implementing Erasmus+ KA131 student/staff exchanges with its 152 partner universities from the EU. According to these agreements, we expected to realize student and staff exchanges with our partner countries. In this project, we fulfilled 98 students for studies, 16 outgoing students for internship, 27 staff for training, and 13 staff for teaching. Altogether we have exceeded the target mobility number by TR National Agency, 154 mobilities. We could say that this project contributed to our office's main targets-Increasing the number of students going abroad in each project within the scope of exchange programs by 5%. -Not staying below the average of the last three years in the number of personnel going abroad within the scope of exchange programs.-Increasing the agreements between institutions by 5% each year. Generally, this project aimed to exchange students and staff to provide a different learning environment with varying teaching methods in a foreign country with other cultures. It aimed to improve students' academic competencies and social, cultural, and language skills. It was desired that staff would meet people from the same field, and create other opportunities for further cooperation.
