In this project, 34 mobilities were planned, but only 30 were completed. Unfortunately, Student Learning Mobility (SMS) could not be realised. However, 19 Student Internship Mobility (SMP), 6 Staff Teaching Mobility (STA), and 5 Staff Training Mobility (STT) were successfully completed. It is worth noting that all students from all semesters were offered equal opportunities to benefit from SMP. The project's focus is on supporting the professional and personal development of staff in distance education. We announced the project's first mobility to relevant beneficiaries, but personnel mobility fell slightly below expectations due to our lack of experience. A significant portion of the allocated budget was utilised for student internship mobility. We assisted our students in locating suitable internship organisations, which was one of the most crucial and challenging objectives we accomplished in this project.
