The consortium aimed to provide opportunities for traineeship for the students who study in the field of theology and opportunities for training for the faculty staff in theology field at partner universities. The objectives of the mobilities for students and staff were as follows: to offer opportunities for students and staff i) to learn about different religions, religious cultures and organisations, ii) meet and connect with people from different religions, iii) gain better understanding and expending vision on theology training based on experiences such as on-site observation of religious and cultural problems faced by the Turkish communities living in EU countries, and iv) to improve and enrich the international network required for professional development and cooperation. These will contribute to develop mutual underastanding and cooperation, solidarity and social living among communities from dfferents cultures and religions.
