First of all, we aimed to improve our mobility numbers by implementing this project. Through cooperation between our institutons with our partners, it was also aimed to increase the attractiveness of other higher education institutions in different countries. The other crucial aim was to improve teaching and learning languages and promote intercultural awareness in our institutions. During the project, we realized Staff Mobility For Teaching and Traning and Student Mobility for Studies and Traineeship activities. With Staff Mobility for Teaching, our staff experienced new teaching environments and this fosters their interest to expand our network with the other institutions and apply the good practices that they have experienced to their academic environment.
