The aims of the project are as follows: 1.To give the opportunity to develop their capacity and professional abilities of students and staff 2.To give the chance to learn about the European labor market, which will increase their employability and help them land their first job. 3.To work on fundamental and interdisciplinary skills 4.To encourage student entrepreneurship and open up new job prospects and marketplaces. 5.To encourage students and instructors to learn other languages. 6.To improve connections and understanding with European culture 7.To guarantee that all participants have access to information and equal opportunity. 8.To guarantee that mobility activities are of high quality 9.To confirm the abilities participants developed while traveling overseas By fostering in our students a feeling of European citizenship based on knowledge and observance of human rights and encouraging tolerance for various nations and cultures, we have improved their ability for lifelong learning. Many of our students and staff who participate in the Erasmus Program are doing so for the first time. As a result, they have gained significant cultural experience and which is well-liked by them.
