In this project, as in other projects, we aimed to reach as many students and staff as possible with our available budget and to achieve maximum impact in terms of exchange. We conducted efforts to enhance the current impact at the university through these changes. We ensured that more individuals benefited than the number of students and staff specified in the contract. Unfortunately, during the execution of projects, we sometimes encounter certain problems, with the biggest being Covid-19 in recent years. In this project period, we also faced significant obstacles regarding consulate appointments and visas. We conducted efforts to minimize these difficulties and obstacles to ensure that our project was affected minimally. Our main goal in implementing this project was to ensure the continuity of the Erasmus mobility program, which is of great importance and institutionalized, for Antalya Bilim University students and staff. Therefore, the Erasmus Coordinator directly dealt with students' visa processes, and direct communication was established with consulates by the coordinator to address any information gaps. The current information obtained was promptly conveyed to both students and staff.
