The justifications and aims of our project are as follows. JUSTIFICATIONS OF THE PROJECT - Women are underappreciated in society, - Salary inequality, mobbing and discrimination faced by women in business life, - Sexual, psychological and physical violence to which women are subjected in society PROJECT OBJECTIVES - Preventing all forms of sexual and physical violence against women, - Giving women their due value in business life, - Elimination of pay inequality between men and women, - To increase knowledge and awareness among young people about the characteristics of violence against women, - Increasing women's competence and self-confidence in politics and other fields, - Increased value and respect for women in society and in the family, - Networking of individuals and associations working or intending to work on violence against women and women's rights, - Enabling women to be more active in society at local, national, regional and EU levels, - Increase the number of women in politics and decision-making positions, - Removing barriers to women's participation in politics, - Increasing women's awareness of their rights and responsibilities, - Ensuring intercultural learning and interaction in young people,
