We were a group of motivated young people and cooperating with local organizations who together contribute to the project “ ENTREPRENEURIAL AND SKILFUL YOUTH ( E. A. S. Y. )”. Trying to continue cooperation, strengthen the relations between local young people and especially to deal with the problems that affect us in our daily work, we decided to join forces to organize an international project. Together we have taken the initiative to promote and sensitize to the issue of entrepreneurship. Our project was a Youth Exchange, which focused on the topic of youth employment. We noticed that we face a common problem in our daily Youth work: a high youth unemployment rate and a low awareness of the entrepreneurial potential, tools and skills, both in urban and rural areas it very often directly leads to social and economic isolation of young people. This regarded the youth with high as well as low educational project. Often the experience was required for the jobs they apply for. But they were not able to gain this experience without being employed. This results in wasting their talents and skills that have been developed for many years with a great effort to them and the community. Young people who we meet in our daily work have shared with us their observation and experience that achieving higher education is no longer a guarantee of getting better job. The main aim of the project was helping young people to build up their understanding and competences concerning entrepreneurial learning as well as promoting entrepreneurship in their youth work, both in rural and urban areas. In that way our objectives were: - To provide a space for sharing experiences and best practices of youth entrepreneurship, - To give the young people concrete tools, methods and examples on how they can promote youth self-employment in their communities, - To help them foster entrepreneurial attitude among youngsters (being active, innovative, creative, seeing business opportunities), - To identify the concrete entrepreneurial potential and challenges to implement youth initiatives, both in urban and rural areas where they live in, - To learn how 2021 2027 new Erasmus+ programme tools can be utilized for further exploration of youth entrepreneurial initiative, - To promote intercultural dialogue and exchange
