Farklı milletlerden de olsak kendimize özgü motiflerle aynı dili konuşabiliyor olduğumuzu kilimlere işleyerek ortak bir paydada bir araya gelmeyi istiyor oluşumuz amacıyla gerçekleştirdiğimiz bu proje ile geçmişi ilk çağlara kadar uzanan Uşak dokuma sanatını Uşak Belediyesi Dokur Evi'nde gerçekleştirilen dokuma eğitimi ile etkileşim halinde dokunarak kilim kardeşliği kuruldu, kültürel açıdan katkı sağlandı. Proje ortağımızla beraber dokuduğumuz motiflerle sosyal ve kültürel açıdan farkındalık oluşturmak, dokuma eğitimi süresince proje ortağı ülke ile birbirimizi daha iyi tanımak, sosyal ve ekonomik durumu iyi olmayan gençlerimizi kültürel etkileşimin fazla olduğu bu tür projelere katılımını sağlamak ve böylelikle sosyal hayata katılımlarını yükselterek özgüven aşılamak hedeflenmiştir. With this project, which we have realised with the aim of wanting to come together on a common ground by embroidering on rugs that we can speak the same language with motifs unique to ourselves even if we are from different nations, the art of Uşak weaving, which dates back to the early ages, was woven in interaction with the weaving training held in Uşak Municipality Dokur House, and a rug brotherhood was established and a cultural contribution was made. It was aimed to create social and cultural awareness with the motifs we wove together with our project partner, to get to know each other better with the project partner country during the weaving training, to ensure the participation of young people with poor social and economic status in such projects with high cultural interaction and thus to increase their participation in social life and to instil self-confidence.
