Migration is one of the hottest topics today. Both governments and non-governmental organizations are struggling with the inclusion of immigrants and refugees, especially vulnerable young migrants who are often excluded. This Erasmus Plus Training Course aims, with the support of all partner organizations, to work on common solutions to this increasingly prevalent problem in this Europe, to advocate for inclusive societies and to put forward specific policies to promote the inclusion of young migrants and refugees through a Structured Dialogue-based methodology. Young migrants in need of security are people who have just completed a difficult and often dangerous journey to reach European territory. The main concern at this stage is to ensure the physical safety of these young migrants. However, since integration is a process that begins immediately upon arrival, at this stage partner organizations and youth workers can focus on building trusting relationships with young migrants, their families. In addition, they can provide guidance, free time and group activities for immigrant children and adolescents. The main objective of the Erasmus Plus KA 153 'project ,'YOUTH Works for Integration of Immigrant Youth '' (ENTER Migrants) is to assist youth workers and other professionals working to improve the situation of displaced refugee and asylum seeking youth across Europe. In particular, it aims to create support networks among European NGOs, especially partner organizations, to develop innovative training resources and to encourage their adaptation and further development in different national contexts. In this project, we want to discuss the main issues and challenges in promoting the inclusion of young migrants. Some of the contents we will discuss are exploring the role of the youth worker in this process, raising awareness about the issue for young people and the local community, and changing good practices and tools / methods. Non-formal learning methods will be used throughout the training course. The specific goals of the project were: - To encourage cooperation between joint organizations, to support youth workers with special training and to emphasize the special contribution that youth work can make for the phenomenon of migration. -Focus on immigration and integration and get involved in education, employment and health networks - Take action to ensure that young migrants have access to civil, political and social rights, which encourages both the active participation of newcomers and their contribution to the host community. -Contributing to the seamless integration of migrants and refugees working in parallel with other sectors such as education, employment and social services. -Promote the integration of young migrants into the European context by promoting projects through the Erasmus Plus Youth program, which addresses issues such as mutual understanding, intercultural dialogue, participation and equality for minorities. -Promote the integration of young migrants into the European context and Erasmus + Program projects that address issues such as mutual understanding, intercultural dialogue, inclusion and equality for minorities. - Identify the specific contribution of youth work as well as non-formal and informal learning in partner organizations - Respond to the opportunities and challenges posed by the growing number of young migrants and refugees in the European Union - create synergies with partner organizations and stakeholders and other sectors working with immigrants Providing tips, advice and guidance to youth workers and partner youth organizations with best practice examples in Europe.
