We are all talking about the importance of youth work in the society but the interest and the opportunities for youth work development still remain limited. Youth workers because of the lack of support are facing challenges to maintain and further develop the quality of their work, especially in a booming digital world. We were also talking about youth entrepreneurship and the importance of it, but do we really offer the resources needed. The partner organisations based on the needs analysis including both the target groups of their work(young people with fewer opportunities, young unemployed people and young people interested in entrepreneurship) conducted at the beginning of May, decided to create this project. The project seeked to address youth led international and transnational transformation of smart and sustainable employment trough entrepreneurship offering significant opportunities for young people. Transnationality is important because qualty youth work have become more international and cross-border and transnational collaboration will be essential to develop and supply the youth work services of the future. Therefore the need and the benefit of transnationality of this project was highlighted in the increased impact on all levels. Project allowed youth workers to grow and develop by increasing the quality and the outreach of their work on Local, National and European level. Partnerb organisations developed and implement projects for youth and youth/social workers in order to improve their daily work and to enhance their European values, organises national and international meetings for the exchange of good practices which helped to improve the quality of the outcomes from youth organisations. AIM WAS : The project aimed at promoting internationalization and transnational mobility in partner Institutes and organisations. This project will contribute to this development by demonstrating how the use of a systematic and holistic quality approach, covering the whole youth work context from youth workers to the political level, will help to enhance quality and thus therecognition of youth work as a crucial actor in the lives of young people. We strongly believe that the use of a well-structured quality approach at youth work will allow and facilitate the concerted efforts of all partners and stakeholders, making it possible to work together in the same direction. OBJECTIVES WERE : - To examine youth work quality systems in partner countries and explore how common indicators or frameworks may be developed; - To give the background, considerations and understanding of key terms, including a working definition of youth work; - To discuss non-formal and informal learning which plays a key role at youth work; - To respond to the different needs, interests and experiences of youth workers that need to be taken into account and engaged in the youth work process: - To meet and constructively relate to the knowledge and expectations of youth workers in general and other actors in the youth field; - to interact in order to provide the best possible conditions for youth work to have continuous and structured dialogue with youthworkers; to upgrade the competences and skills of the staff on specific and relevant issues related to mobility; to develop and reinforce European networks; to increase the capacity of partner organisations to operate transnationally;
