Volunteering and youth volunteering are not at the same level and at the desired level in every country in Europe. While some Northern European Countries are quite good at voluntary activities, many eastern European and Southern European countries are not. Although the reasons for this differ, at this point, organizations that carry out voluntary activities have a great responsibility to send young people to volunteer. With this project, we have developed ourselves to reinforce the concept of volunteering in partner countries, to introduce young people to the opportunities they will get through volunteering experiences, and to make a professional contribution to the volunteering experience of young people as a corporate. Volunteering not only benefits those seeking hands-on experience, but also the host organisations, as these organizations can then employ volunteers who, through their own volunteer experience, have acquired the specific skills required by their organisation. Thus, volunteering can enable individuals to demonstrate the ability to work successfully in a team, provide practical experience in situations that require critical and analytical thinking, demonstrate flexibility and organizational skills, and increase their innovation potential. A culture of volunteerism beyond the project will be developed and encouraged. The project will bring together youth workers to evaluate the current ESC program on the impact of voluntary service programs on young people, explore different assessment methods, develop a draft assessment framework, identify gaps in research and develop a research agenda to address these gaps. . This project initiated an initiative among an international group of partner organisations, practitioners and policy makers on the evidence base (ESC) as a strategy for positive youth development. Our Main Purpose: This project explored the concepts of volunteering, social action and leadership and how they could be defined. A clear understanding of how we want to conceptualize these terms within the ESC has helped us develop a clearer picture of what youth volunteering, social action can look like, and increase the number of young people volunteering to help build skills and confidence. The specific objectives of the project were: • Discuss methodological approaches to assessing the impact of youth volunteer service (ESC); • Outline the main challenges faced in assessing the impact of the youth voluntary service program (ESC); Deepen knowledge of the overall process of managing ESC projects and acquire skills to effectively structure activities throughout the project cycle promoting the use of non-formal learning methods and creativity in the implementation of ESC volunteer projects; • Identifying the roles of different actors in this ESC process; Empower youth workers to engage more actively with their local communities and provide a way for them to do so and increase their likelihood of being involved in voluntary activities in the future; To create awareness about the philosophy of volunteering and to create the opportunity to realize high quality and successful volunteer projects; Providing basic information about ESC projects, basic documents defining the rights, responsibilities and roles of the main stakeholders involved;
