As we are living in a broken world, with wars, conflict and forced migration of millions, we wanted to address this problem from the very center of the different cultures and civilizations. By implementing this project, we believe that, we achived the the objectives of the project to build and strengten the culture of living together with differences. We were sure that we had several cultural differences but at the same time we have similarities. So in this project we tried to understand, as youth workers, how we can put our differences aside and concantrate on our similarities and work together for the common good. This is very important for the youth work, welcoming the divercity of young people and helping them to be included in the society. The objectives of our project was to strengthen communication between cultures and each other, and to increase understanding and respect by focusing on the issues which young people and youth workers face we will meet to create awareness and learn from each other for building the culture of living together with differences in the heart of Jerusalem where many several different civilizations meet. This would help us to cultivate the culture of living together with differences and engage the other. We believe we can benefit each other and contribute a lot as a result of our different experiences as countries. By strengthening the connection between us, we were able to have a more detailed and intimate understanding of the problems affecting our countries and the world in general. We have learnt that we can still unite even if we have differences. We believe this project made a significant contribution to the social cohesion that we need the most. We also believe we were able to develop and increase the level of cross-cultural communication to live in a better world for the dignity of humanity. Implementing the project in Jerusalem was also special.
