Objectives

The goals we planned and fully fulfilled in our project are as follows: 1- We brought together vocational schools and academicians and industrial institutions/organizations and groups, 2- We produced a mobile application that can provide information exchange between vocational schools and industrial institutions/organizations and groups, and the relevant institution and individuals to reach it free of charge, 3- We created a film that raises awareness about the project, 4- We informed the participants and stakeholders about Erasmus+ programs, 5- By giving the participants a Youthpass certificate which turned what they learned into tangible gains, 6- Vocational school graduates were informed quickly from the academy with up-to-date information. 7- We made it possible for the academicians to share the up-to-date information they obtained on the platform to be established. 8- We ensured that the needs of industry and vocational schools reach academicians and stakeholder NGOs through the platform. 9- We developed solution proposals for school-industry cooperation. 10- Developing the active citizenship competencies of the participants. 11- We ensured the active participation of the disadvantaged participants in the activities. 12- We enabled them to develop their digital competencies with digital learning methods. 13- We ensured the recognition of Erasmus+ youth dialogue projects (with Erasmus project dissemination event and visibility of Erasmus logos). 14- We enabled the participants to learn by doing and experiencing non-formal learning methods. 15- We supported the participation of young people in civil society. 16- We created a project network between NGO, High School and University and we established an information network among the participants of the relevant partnership. (via online communication channels) All of the above targets have been fully realized with the full number of participants and stakeholder support. We have explained the participant views on the realization of these goals in detail in the "dissemination and impact" sections. In our project, in which we drew attention to the information exchange between the students studying in vocational schools and the organizations that provide their employment, an important awareness was created among young people and institutions. In addition, we have added a mobile application that enables communication between stakeholders on online platforms. With the activities and outputs of our project, it was possible to establish national-scale coordination between vocational schools and industrial organizations. We have made the "internship" (practice training) phenomenon in vocational schools a part of the mobile application. For example, we have provided students with the option to reach the businesses they want to do internships with via the mobile application. We brought together demand and supply stakeholders on a common platform. In the project that we have dealt with for these purposes, this project was handled so that young people are willing to do research on this issue, and young people studying in vocational schools try to solve this problem and seek solutions to their own problems. As a result of the surveys we have conducted and our conversations with young people, young people want to deal with this problem and come together with policymakers to solve the problem by demonstrating active citizenship themselves. With this project, institutions in different professions such as Aksaray Ağaçören Vocational High School, Mardin Artuklu University and Turkish Brotherhood Association came together to establish a cooperation between vocational schools and industry and created an important employment aid tool. Thus, we have ensured the correct use of EU funds by developing a tool through which young people can provide employment and professional information exchange in employment. In addition, we showed the decision-makers how this problem could be solved in the micro field and conducted a guidance study on how they can solve it in the macro field.
