The objectives of the project are to raise awareness about climate change and its impact on natural disasters, create a sustainable digital platform that promotes cooperation between European countries and institutions on environment, climate change, and disasters, design the project in an eco-friendly manner and incorporate green practices in all facets, provide inclusion and diversity in all fields of training, build the knowledge of government officials at all levels, civil society, and the private sector through sharing experiences, lessons learned, and good practices on disaster risk reduction and crisis communication, develop a society that is more prepared for disasters, exchange information on lessons learned about good practices, policies, plans, and measures for crisis communication and disaster risk reduction, and develop ways of dealing with disinformation in crisis and disaster situations. The ultimate goal of the project is to contribute to global environmental protection andf crisis communication efforts by actively working with developed and developing countries on a common platform.
FA.C.E. project aimed to address are primarily related to crisis communication and the impact of climate change on natural disasters. The project seeked to raise awareness about the importance of crisis communication and reduce the risks associated with environmental disasters. The project also aimed to provide training and information exchange to help organizations and institutions better prepare for and respond to crises. Secondly, the earthquakes in our country showed that crisis communication is very important and there were very few projects written when we examined the project database on this subject. In fact, the latest developments in our country show that we really need more projects and cooperation on crisis communication. International cooperation is essential to tackling climate change and effects of disasters. Overall, the FA.C.E. project is a response to the growing recognition of the need for better preparedness and communication in the face of environmental crises. By providing training, awareness-raising, and information exchange, the project aims to helped organizations and institutions better manage these risks and minimize the harm caused by disasters.
