we wanted to teach and experience our students new perspectives in food and beverage departments. fusionand innovation is a new idea and people always want to experience new things with this project we wanted to teach our students new cuisines and encourage them create new menus and new tastes by integrating their own cuisines. We also wanted to raise awareness about different cuisines and fusion and innovation of foods for the Vet teachers in the participating organizations.
Tourism has a lot of agents and it is a vey big circle, when it runs well it enlarges continuously, as the world changes people want to try and experience different things. the institutions of this project provides labor force for the tourism sector. As every part of life, changes and improvement is inevitable in tourism sector because people always want to try and experience new things. Fusion and innovation has taken important part in food and beverage area. We wanted both our students and teacher learn and live cultural differences, different cuisines and adopt it their their works. and also to encourage students learn and create new foods, recipes, cooking styles continuously for their job.
