This project addressed women and low-skilled female employees who were away from business life due to current economic problems and the pandemic. The COVID-19 process has deeply affected the labor market all over the world, causing especially low-skilled workers to lose their jobs. This condition has led to significant economic inequality in social life and deepened social injustice. Despite this injustice, the digitalization process has brought with it new opportunities in the labor market. However, fields such as entrepreneurship, digital literacy, and marketing are areas that require academic and cognitive knowledge. Women should integrate their entrepreneurial ideas with the social environment by using their own skills where there is no demand for labor. In this respect, it is aimed to empower women in the digital context in the face of changing practices in the labor market after the pandemic.
