The ultimate goal in the project implementation phase is to create a training module prepared with the support of experts in the field of digital transformation, and thanks to this module, NGO employees receive digital transformation training and channel their work in this direction. On the other hand, as a result of the adaptation of NGOs and youth workers to digital transformation, it is aimed to accelerate the works carried out in the civil field and to create more qualified works with the time created in this way. Dissemination of good practices among NGOs and facilitating networking of organizations operating on common issues through digitalization are among the other objectives of the project.
To the project named Digital Transformation Opportunity for Youth Workers; Digital transformation, which is one of the most important needs of the age, has been applied to facilitate the adaptation of youth workers and to provide them with knowledge and experience about which aspects and steps they need to deal with digital transformation. In this context, archiving the past activities of NGOs on digital platforms; expanding its dissemination area with the effect of social media and increasing data access and data collection areas in its current activities; In future activities, the project was realized based on the need for young employees who have completed digital transformation training to save time and cost by transferring their work and operations to the digital world.
