In line with our project, abstract and concrete outputs have been produced to create a new job field for young people and young women in rural areas, taking into account local and international common needs, and to encourage the culture of entrepreneurship in rural areas. The outputs we produce have been created with the aim of developing the innovative production, digital marketing and entrepreneurship skills of young people living in rural areas in the field of beekeeping. Our concrete project results: 1- Report for Youth Work in Rural Areas 2- Rural Entrepreneurship Training Set for Youth 3- Digital Learning Platform for Young Beekeepers 4- Beekeeping is Digital Marketing Training Material. Our outputs prepared for young people, women and NEETs who have difficulty finding employment in rural areas; It has offered innovative and creative approaches to engaging with young people in rural areas to overcome the obstacles facing our target groups, highlighting the challenges faced by rural youth and significantly increasing their forward-looking motivation.
The main reason why we applied for the project was because we saw the challenges and shortcomings faced by young people and NEETs in the beekeeping sector. We decided to get involved in the project to improve the shortcomings of young people interested in the beekeeping sector in rural areas and their entrepreneurial skills in this field. Additionally, we prepared this project to address the needs, taking into account the economic and social importance of the beekeeping sector and the employment potential of young people in this field. Our main motivation when applying for the project was to address the specific needs faced by young people and NEETs in the beekeeping sector. Especially in rural areas, young people's interest and potential in the beekeeping sector is high, but they lack entrepreneurial skills in this field. We produced concrete outputs in our project to fill this gap. Therefore, our project aimed to support young people to receive training in beekeeping, develop their entrepreneurial skills and be successful in this sector.
