We committed ourselves to the complete realization of a high-impact project, working closely with our counterparts from other structures, in a cooperative approach and inclusion of a vulnerable public. Our main objectives were: - Facilitate the strengthening of skills of small and/or less experienced fablabs that are dedicated to supporting a vulnerable public. We also had the mission of providing essential educational tools to combat the digital divide. To achieve these goals, we relied on the lessons learned from our two previous Erasmus+ projects, namely Numerika2neet and Markers+. - Integrate aspects of eco-design and citizenship to encourage responsible and committed practices. - Strengthen links between partners by promoting fruitful exchanges and collaboration. This relational dimension was crucial for the success of the project and for the mutual enrichment of all participants. In summary, we aimed to create a socially engaged project that promotes collaboration between fablabs of different sizes and levels of experience, while highlighting values of responsibility and citizenship.
This project within the COF represented a truly exceptional opportunity for us. It offered us the possibility to share the expertise we had accumulated through our previous Erasmus+ projects and to expand our network of partners. These partners, animated by a real passion for exploring new paths, had not until then had the opportunity to immerse themselves in a European project. They welcomed our invitation with enthusiasm, eager to broaden their horizons and collaborate with other FABLABs sharing our vision. Thus our primary ambition was to strengthen ties within the fablabs community. We sought to promote mutual exchange of expertise while highlighting the importance of eco-design and citizen engagement. Our objective was also to contribute to an innovative project that harmoniously integrates the technical, pedagogical and social aspects characteristic of fablabs. At the same time, we were keen to share the fruits of our work with a vulnerable public, thus inscribing our approach in a perspective of solidarity and inclusion of vulnerable audiences.
