Our project included activities for youth and youth leaders to prevent prejudice and discrimination against refugees, vulnerable groups and immigrants. These activities aimed to reduce racism and discrimination among young people. We wanted to raise youth’s awareness and sensitivity towards issues of discrimination with an emphasis on racism using topical approaches from Intersectional and gender studies;Raise youth’s awareness and sensitivity towards issues of discrimination with an emphasis on racism using topical approaches from Intersectional and gender studies. Also we wanted to achieve : -To enable participants and target groups to integrate the fight against discrimination into their daily lives. -Reducing action patterns that aid discriminatory thinking among target groups; Increasing tolerance and empathy. -Sharing methods and materials to combat discrimination; also to make sure it is analyzed. -Connecting theory to practice through shared management and further development of materials. To enable participants to interact with organizations fighting racism and develop activities in this field in their communities. - To increase the awareness and sensitivity of the participants and target institutions towards discrimination problems by emphasizing the issue of racism. - To increase the awareness and sensitivity of the project partner institutions and the institutions with which we interact locally, to the problems of racial discrimination. -Sharing experiences with immigrants between participants and partner organisations. To support the integration process of newly arrived migrants into civil society activities.
