Youth employment is a global challenge in the modern world and is a very current topic throughout Europe. Fighting the problem of unemployment among young people is a top priority for us and our partner organizations, as well as for the European Union, as we all strive to improve their well-being and build a stable future with professional employment relative to the skills and competencies of young people. The youth exchange helped young people to improve their skills, competences and their literacy when preparing documents for work and when appearing for an interview, shared their difficulties and practices and sought a solution to the problems they face when looking for a job. Originating from the need of all our partners, who shared that they receive documents with errors and CVs without structure, the difficulty of working with low-qualified young people, and the need for us young people to develop personal and communication skills, skills to read and understand the content of a job advertisement, we believe that the project was the right place where we laid the foundations for solving the problem and increased a number of skills and competencies. The main goal we achieved was - we improved communication skills/presentation during an interview/and presentation skills/CV writing and autobiography/of 40 young people in the job search and application process. The sub-goals achieved were: • All participants were informed about the concept of youth employment. • We shared experience and experience and increased our success rate and analysis of the challenges of applying for a job. •We learned about non-formal education as a means of increasing skills and competences and a means of combating youth unemployment •We informed ourselves about the possibilities of the Erasmus+ program •We improved our skills in preparing a resume, cover letter, recommendation, creative resume, personal video presentation. • We have increased our skills and competencies related to searching, finding and applying for work •We improved our speaking and communication skills, presentation skills for presenting ourselves during a job interview. •During the working sessions, we successfully created a number of innovative projects related to finding a job, which in the future will contribute to reducing youth unemployment in the regions and settlements of all of us project participants. The project fully responded to the European policies and strategies to combat youth unemployment and the goals set in the Millennium Declaration. The project was linked to the program objectives and priorities for this program activity and was aligned with the measures of the EU to increase youth employment, indicated in various official documents. The project was included in the framework of the work program adopted by the European Commission, because it was aimed at increasing youth employment on a larger scale, by developing the competencies of the youth participants in the exchange. All partner organizations were satisfied with the work achieved and the strong impact of the project on the development of more engaged youth in the labor market, who will benefit from better skills and a better understanding of employability in general. The exchange involved more young people in civic initiatives and the labor market and served as a first step to help strengthen social cohesion and European citizenship by increasing employability.
