Background

Social entrepreneurship is understood in society as a cause that works in the interest of the people and provides a path for individual development, which in a market economy, extremely dynamic labor market and high technological profile of the industry is difficult to achieve. Entrepreneurship as a new economic paradigm, makes sense to develop new models in management and makes human resources a key factor. Individual potential is becoming fundamental for inclusion and is already perceived as a password to enter the new economic models defined by modern technologies, digitalization and the need to deploy the economy in the platform of Economy 4.0 and Economy 5.0. Entrepreneurship is a path that provides dynamism by creating new, more efficient combinations of different factors of production, a major source of innovation in a market economy and stimulates the introduction of revolutionary new technologies and products. Learning about entrepreneurship is important for the younger generations, who bring both modern knowledge and a higher dose of enthusiasm for realization, and a significant part of this is played by the economy that works for people" since their perception is more sensitive about social disadvantages,
