Helping young people enter and stay in the labour market is burdened by specific challenges because of the economic crisis that became worse after the coronavirus. At the same time, online technology has become an indivisible part of youths' daily lives. It allows them to unlock a huge collection of data with one click. The internet is also being used by companies actively trying to select and hire the most suitable employees by using different tools in online networks . During this selecting process, the companies get available information about the candidates by searching their profiles. Getting people to trust each other online is important for a smooth transition to a digital society. But most young people are not aware of the risks associated with using social media. These risks can be pressing, especially in terms of job searching. On social media, young people can show something about themselves that can be inappropriate information in terms of the companies that offer job positions. They have to learn how to share the necessary personal data, as well as undergo education or work experience that includes language skills or ICT competencies. It is also crucial for the youth to know how to protect all this information. Having the right knowledge of all these aspects enables young people to become the optimal candidate on the labour market. The overall goal of this project is to promote youth employment through effective use of social media. The main objectives of T/C were: 1 To improve the understanding of youth workers on the productive use of social media to have access to the labour market. Social media will consequently present a new horizon by giving effect to youngsters' future introduction in the labour market. 2. To provide youth workers and educators with tools to construct and use innovative, ,synergistic educational and training materials, to help young people to build their social media profiles for their insertion in the labor market; 3.To train youth workers and leaders to be "Social Digital Counsellors" "for young people, in their consortium and local region. “Counselling” was the methodology to be transmitted as a non-formal learning tool for joint learning, where the Counselor will be able to suggest to young people any kind of assistance, advice, and knowledge about main issues . The counseling relationship is a mutual process which potentially benefits both the counsellor and the counsellor. In addition to these three primary objectives, the following had been identified: To enhance awareness on the usage of main language skills as a means of expanding the scope of job search; To strengthen skills of entrepreneurship and opportunity to take the initiative among young people; To deepen the sense of European citizenship among young people and to support their activeness in the EU political, economic, and social scales. All these aspects were taken into account; hence we conducted the training course that enabled youth workers and youth lenders to build their online identities in the right direction for their better employment. This strategy provided their successful intrusion in the labour market as they would potentially become employed through the use of social media. For these purposes, this project served young people to learn how to build and organise their digital identity in order to enter the labour market quickly and effectively.
