The main objectives of the project were: 1) Increase knowledge about the different types of discrimination, the negative effects of discrimination. What are stereotypes and prejudices and how to avoid them. 2) increase work skills with young people and youth workers skills. Development of skills in the use of non-formal methods for different groups, communicate in reference to sensitive topics more effectively, both in presence and at a distance 3) Increase digital skills and the beam of methodologies that can be used online. 4) Increase self-confidence, develop the attitude to protect people who are discriminated against. Stop discrimination and explain to young people what the negative effects of it are, be more attentive to their attitude towards other people so as not to be discriminating and discriminated against. Our main goals were to give a chance to youth workers who are lacking skills and knowledge in the topic of non-formal education but also regarding gender issues to give tools to work with those topics, but also to raise awareness about a gender inequality problem. We also wanted to make a change in the attitude of the youth workers participating in our project. Besides that, we wanted to give a chance to every participating organization to make the quality of their youth work better, to create a safe space for futurecooperation and learning in the multicultural environment. An opportunity to exchange good work practices and collaborate in the future. Our goals included also: raising awareness of the power that NFE can bring, and reflecting on NFE -raising awareness that NFE methods are suitable for the age group they work with and the topic of discrimination, streotypes, inclusion, gender issues - raising motivation level among the youth workers in their work with young people - giving youth workers new tools, methods, and ideas that they could use in their daily youthwork - show importance on touching sensitive topics such as gender issues, gender inequalities, discrimination in the daily youth work - to teach where to find useful resources and how to readapt existing methods - to improve the skills of the youth workers in implementing non-formal education methods, using drama and innovative methods in their daily work with a specific focus on discrimination topics. - reinforcing synergies and transitions between formal, and non-formal education and ensuring a better recognition of competencies gained through the learning process - enhancing the international dimension of education and training in particular through cooperation between partner countries and participants, and by all means making education more attractive and accessible for certain age groups. We also wanted to support lifelong learning, support using drama and theatre techniques along with non-formal learning in working with youth, and supporting meaningful topics such as discrimination, stereotypes, inequalities. Our goal was to give youth workers proper knowledge of the topic, tools they could use in a daily work but also to boost their attitude towards using NFE methods. We wanted to create safe space and environment for cross cultural experience, sharing and create new links and initiatives. With all our goals we wanted to support professional development of youth workers and improve the quality of work and help participating NGOs to be more attractive and visible and therefore more accessible for youth and youth workers. We wanted to create possibility for NGOs to create new partnerships and space for new actions in order to target the possibly highest number of youth struggling with the problem of discrimination but also raising awarness about the existance of such a problem and possibilities of how we can fight it. We also wanted to create a possibility for everyone to reflect on the given topis and stimulate youth workers to take actions.
