The youth organization Youth Dynamics will organize the youth participatoin project entitled "You(th) meet Youth Goals". The goal of the Program is the Strengthening of civil society, active citizenship (civil society and active citizenship) and the empowerment of vulnerable groups of the population. Through the plan, we aim to introduce young people to the 11 Youthgoals, as they emerged through the structured dialogue. The 11 European targets for youth reflect the views European youth and express the vision of those involved in the structured dialogue. Young people are in the mood to take control of their lives and are willing to work with other people and support those around them. Having control over their lives, they experience various formal transitions into their personal lives and their environment, moving from the world of education to the world of work, living alone, building relationships or their own family. Many young people feel uncertain about their future due to globalization and climate change, technological change, demographic and socioeconomic trends, populism, discrimination, social exclusion and fake news, the effects of which on jobs, skills or how our democracies work is still unknown. Particular attention needs to be paid to young people who are at risk of being marginalized because of characteristics that are potential sources of discrimination, such as ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, disability, religion, belief or political opinion. Socio-economic exclusion leads to democratic exclusion The project will contribute to the following objectives of the Erasmus + Program: -To promote the active citizenship of young people, specifically in their participation in civil society and in democratic / political life. -To promote European citizenship, in particular to strengthen young people's perception of European issues and that they are citizens of Europe. -In the development of solidarity between young people. -To promote the respect of young people for diversity. -In the work against discrimination, tolerance, racism and xenophobia. -To attract interest in the development of youth policies. -In the development of key skills of young people. -In strengthening the development of future educational expectations of young people. The individual objectives of the program are to promote the active participation of young people as European citizens, to develop solidarity and tolerance among young people, to encourage the employability and integration of all young people and to involve them in shaping the future of the Union.. Regarding Youth Participation Activities, the main goal of the program is: all participants to gain learning experiences and knowledge related to Democratic life and active participation. It also provides young people with opportunities for active involvement in civil society Participation is a right and a means to achieve positive change in society. Interconnection and empowerment are key components of social sustainability and well-being for young people. Youth Dynamics, which collaborates with young people, government agencies, Municipalities, but also Civil Society, supports initiatives for the development of young people with the aim of strengthening and utilizing their potential.
