The European development plan of our school for the period 2020 - 2025 is based on an analysis of the current state and needs of our school and determines the development strategy of our organization in terms of its internationalization, modernization and improvement of the quality provided educational services. In this project, we focused on 4 goals that we wanted to achieve through the implementation of project activities: 1) Strengthening competences in the field of inclusion and the associated limitation of the failures of weaker students in their studies and the early termination of their school attendance. More and more pupils from multilingual families attend our school and they often come to us with minimal or no knowledge of Czech, and our goal is to educate these pupils in the best possible way. 2) To teach more teachers how to include new technologies in the teaching of their subjects in a meaningful way. 3) Modernization of teaching methods, this is also related to greater support for the development of skills for the 21st century (communication, teamwork, problem solving, etc.) not only for all students but also for all school employees. 4) Increasing the English language level of teachers and school management.
Our primary school is a full school with nine grades and a preparatory class. There are two or three parallel classes at the 1st level and in the 2nd grade also two or three parallel classes. The teaching staff has 38 members and they mostly all experienced and fully approved teachers. The school has a career counselor and two methodical prevention social teachers of pathological phenomena, specialist in environmental education and ICT coordinator. We are experienced in the field of international cooperation. In the we have already implemented several projects in the Comenius program, later Erasmus, and we also successfully participated in eTwinning projects. Our school education program is called "Learning with experience". Spatial, material and the technical conditions of the school are very good and in accordance with the educational content of the school. Primary classrooms are equipped multi-purpose equipment and audiovisual technology. Special classrooms (physics, chemistry, science, workshops, kitchen) are equipped by special furniture and accessories. A Robotel language laboratory has been set up in the school to enrich language teaching. Pupils from 5 to 15 years old attend our school.
