Enhance the skills, and knowledge and expand the competencies of the teachers as part of lifelong learning. We focused mainly on pedagogical, subject-specific, managerial, communication, speech therapy, and personal and social competencies. The acquired knowledge and experience are gradually being put into practice in our school. The aim of the whole project was also to make our school stand out in international comparisons of preschool schools. The implementation of the project made it possible to offer our children a quality educational program based on the knowledge gained from the schools visited. An equally important goal was to gain a higher orientation to the traditions of Slovakia associated with Christian holidays and to the perception of a multicultural environment in schools. A sub-objective in the area of people management was to gain an awareness of the cooperation of the collective of the visited schools, the cooperation of teachers with parents in the visited schools, and last but not least to learn about the financing of schools and the possibilities of raising funds for the school.
The school management decided to take the opportunity to join the Erasmus+ program based on previous positive experiences. and in view of the support expressed by the parents of our children for this mobility. They have been pleasantly surprised by the benefits of the past mobility for their children and expressed their support for the next project. All the mobilities were planned in the form of shadowing, which allows direct contact with the practice, giving room for questions and discussion. The shadowing took place directly at the foreign workplaces, always in the target sections of the seconded employees. Shadowing did not interfere with the teaching or operational activities of the visiting schools and yet allowed the shadowing staff to penetrate the substance of the activities observed, which they could document, note observations, and immediately assess the response from children. The implementation expanded skills, and knowledge and at the same time enhanced competencies in lifelong learning and teacher training Klamovka Kindergarten is a five-class preschool facility dedicated to educational activities for preschool children. The school has 22 employees, 11 of whom are teaching staff.
