The aim of the representatives of the Heřmánek management and the pedagogues who wanted to participate in the project is to gather a sufficient amount of inspiring ideas and information that will be used to prepare engaging topics and educational materials thanks the cooperation with a foreign schools. These materials are intended to enhance the teaching experience for class teams, including students with special educational needs or other special learning requirements. Additionally, they should be adaptable for individualized teaching. The information and insights obtained through this project will be integrated into the overall education process at the Heřmánek school. This integration will be facilitated through the sharing of knowledge and experiences among teachers who participate in mobility programs and other educators at the school. The project's outcomes will be incorporated into the School Educational Program, ensuring that the benefits reach all students and contribute to the school's educational excellence. Plus there is an urgent need to enhance English language proficiency among both school management and teachers for high-quality professional development and effective communication with foreign school clients.
