We hoped to promote equality and non-discrimination by using partner diversity, in the European framework along the cultural routes. Through networking and exchange with partners, we create a good basis for future partnerships. We wanted to attract new partners for future projects.
The starting point of our reflections was that, from our point of view, there have been few networking activities between European inclusion institutions with a sustainable existence in the past. Therefore we wanted to analyze the current situation in Europe and explore possibilities for a sustainable network. As inclusion consultancy, we are particularly interested in the current methods for the general labor market. Very concretely we wanted to to discuss the respective understanding and reality of inclusion. We wanted to learn about the different experiences, developments, concepts, approaches and challenges.
