All key outcomes of the project – including the modular training materials, practical methodological toolkits, and the comprehensive iLEAP Coach Manual – have been made freely available through the Erasmus+ Project Results Platform. This platform ensures public access to the materials even after the official end of the project, enabling educational institutions, trainers, and other interested stakeholders to make sustainable use of the developed content and adapt it to their own contexts. In addition, all partner organizations have uploaded the materials to their respective institutional websites and actively promoted them through various communication channels. This has significantly contributed to the visibility and dissemination of the project results. A particular strength of the project lies in the openness of the provided resources: all documents in the toolbox are fully editable and can be freely used by anyone. This not only facilitates broader dissemination but also encourages individual adaptation and integration of the content into diverse educational settings – whether in vocational training, higher education, or non-formal learning environments.
We applied for this project to address the specific challenges faced by educationally disadvantaged youth in vocational education systems. In all participating countries, partner organizations identified a growing need for inclusive, targeted support measures that help these learners succeed both in school and in the workplace. Throughout the project, we implemented a series of interconnected activities that collectively contributed to the development and implementation of the iLEAP Coach training program. These included conducting a needs analysis, developing modular training units, creating practical resources such as a handbook, methodological toolkit, and digital learning materials, and holding collaborative partner meetings to refine the content. The goal was to create a sustainable and transferable training concept focused on inclusion, digitalization, and competence development.
