Objectives

2020 - 2021 were years when almost all countries of the world, especially the countries of Europe, had to face an emergency and throw all their efforts to preserve the health of their citizens and stop the spread of Coronavirus infection in the world. When all countries are in a similar difficult situation, it is very important to get information from reliable sources in order to learn from each other's positive experience of behavior in an emergency. Young people are the driving force of each country, which is able to influence the local government and determine the direction of development of their society. Therefore, it is extremely important to promote the creation of international youth cooperation, so that we can learn news from primary sources and trust this information. For these purposes, there is a need to develop the sister cities program, cities that have established permanent friendly relations for mutual acquaintance with life, history and culture, which is also one of the objectives of the Erasmus +. According to the "Edelman Trust Barometer 2021", covering 27 countries, we have following data only 29% of the population of Russia trust media. In Italy - 50%, in Germany - 52%, in Turkey - 39%, Spain - 42%, Macedonia - 45%. Based on the above data, we see that a large percentage of the population of these countries does not trust the information received from various media sources. Given that despite the improved relations between Germany and Russia, questions from the past still arise on the topic of war, it is important to ensure the harmonization of relations between young people in order to avoid misunderstandings. In this case, it is important for young people to have personal contacts with representatives of youth communities in other countries, in order to be aware of the situation in the world and to ensure that there is no misunderstanding between the citizens of these countries. The main objects of this project were: - establishing cultural and diplomatic integration of socially active youth of the participating countries by creating an international youth community of these countries; - creating an online platform for the future dissemination of the project's results. The Youth exchange is designed to solve the following issues: - distrust and tension between the youth of these countries; - lack of reliable information; - absence of a unified youth community between the participating countries.
