Our project aimed to address the issue of youth unemployment by enabling young people to discover their ideals and encouraging them to move with an entrepreneurial spirit. We aimed to help the growing of creative, equipped, and idealist young people who were motivated to realize their dreams and ideals. We showed that success is not just about status and money, but about achieving happiness through hard work towards an ideal. We hoped to increase their beliefs that they could realize their ideals by encouraging them, nurturing their inner world, and providing them with the opportunity to take concrete steps towards their future. We planned a fun educational process that included movies, paintings, and serious activities in the Dream Shop. At the end of the program, our participants had developed themselves as much as possible and produced creative and productive ideas that inspired them to take steps towards realizing their dreams.
