What was the goal of this project? We knew that in our city there had been a number of youth exchange projects for young people people were carried out. So far, however, no youth exchange projects had been launched in our province and region carried out with disabled people. Our project: It was a mixed skills project where disabled and non-disabled colleagues gather experience and learn from each other. In In this project we wanted disabled young people with learning difficulties (dyslexia) and non-disabled young people Bringing people together to facilitate their integration into society, increase their self-confidence and to raise awareness of these disabled young people - with an essential focus on awareness people of the same age. Although people with dyslexia had a normal and, in some cases, higher level Having intelligence than their peers, they lagged behind their peers when it came to verbal and to use and understand written language, to speak, to read, to write, to write, perform mathematical calculations, social cognition, self-government and expression as well Communication. According to our research and experience, there was a way to disseminate disability studies and to create a lasting awareness of disability in that disabled and non-disabled Show people active participation, ranging from brainstorming to implementation. Our goal was to help children who need special attention to become aware of their individual abilities, to encourage communication in social environments and to create environments in which to express their creativity be able to show. Participating in an international event with a mixed group seemed like a wild idea at first. However, when we researched and thought about it, we decided that giving ALL young people such an opportunity would be a big step forward offer. We saw that the problems of disabled young people could not be solved without them involve young people who own the problem in the solution process. However, we also had found that most organizations working in the youth field do not target young people with disabilities sufficiently involved in their work. We liked these young people who were not easily deprived of opportunities and opportunities that could benefit from Erasmus + by offering them this opportunity, together with to actively contribute to peers. During our project these young people would have the opportunity to to express their thoughts and feelings to other people in craft workshops. Our international mixed skills project enabled young people with and without disabilities to work for a to live together for a certain period of time. Young people with disabilities had the opportunity in such environments to establish a peer-to-peer relationship with their peers. Young people without disabilities also found the opportunity to recognize different types of obstacles and especially the people behind them see obstacle.By allowing young people to live 24/7 with their peers with disabilities, help each other and try to deal with unexpected situations, they would overcome their prejudices,by giving them the opportunity to really get to know each other in their positive and negative aspects. Such a one work would be a real life experience for our group and other youth workers. This international project would undoubtedly broaden the horizons of young people. If the participating young people new cultures and discover people, they also learned more about themselves, develop reactions to new situations and understand how to deal with them. They would acquire new skills and their confidence would increase.
