Objectives

The COVID 19 pandemic left a huge negative impact on the habits, socialization and health of the young people. The biggest target was the marginalized youth - young people with fewer opportunities who have limited opportunities for health support. The EPRS Report European Parliamentary Research Service shows ALARMING results according to which it will be necessary to intervene as soon as possible for greater health care of the marginalized and their support in these times of crisis. In a Special Eurobarometer survey conducted for the European Parliament between March and April 2021, people were asked what feelings best describe their current emotional status. Most respondents (45%) said they felt 'uncertainty'. Many also mentioned 'frustration' (34%), 'helplessness' (30%), 'anger' (22%), 'fear' (22%), and 'loneliness' (16%). Conversely, feeling 'hope' and 'calm'% were mentioned by 37% and 19% of respondents, respectively. The mood appears to be changing, with more recent national surveys indicating that citizens are increasingly seeing some light at the end of the tunnel. This youth exchange will promote marginalized categories of young people who face problems in the process of health education and health care. The issues: Motivated by the problems faced by the marginalized youth from 4 organizations on the international level – including EU and AFRICA, they defined a plan for maintaining youth exchange for protection of mental health and the use of YOGA as a tool for greater self-awareness and control of aggression and stress. Issues: Faced with limited opportunities for health care, marginalized categories - migrants, immigrants, asylum seekers and refugees - face problems in the social support process. The pandemic has had a major negative effect on the health of young people who have negative habits that persist in their behavior and promote excessive anger and nervousness. These indicators are alarming and action is needed through non-formal education that will promote greater health support and control of negative emotions and stress. The objectives of the youth exchange were: - Using YOGA as a mechanism for sustainable mental health of young people - Defining national methods for greater self-awareness and better healthy active life of young people - Promotion of mechanisms for raising public awareness of sports as a tool for youth unification - Research of preventive measures for greater health care and education of young people with fewer opportunities - Promotion of the Erasmus + program as a mechanism for social inclusion and support of young people with fewer opportunities
