E. in Europe ) was a 12-month Erasmus Plus partnership focused on promoting cultural entrepreneurship to support the transition of young people with active citizenship, empowerment and disadvantaged backgrounds from education to employment or entrepreneurship in the youth field. The economic and social exclusion experienced by these young population groups were closely linked to disabled access to opportunities provided by traditional engagement, employment and education cycles, as they belonged to disadvantaged categories. Youth workers involved in the project showed an interest in cultural and social entrepreneurship.
