The project aimed to deepen understanding and foster inclusion within rural communities by addressing the limits and perspectives of youth work with at-risk youth, minorities, and disadvantaged groups. The project sought to promote a culture of empathy and understanding and to confront issues of fear and exclusion. Adapting to changing needs: Another objective was to explore how creative disciplines, particularly social circus and partner acrobatics, could be adapted to meet the evolving needs of rural youth. Through innovative methodologies rooted in art and culture, the project aimed to provide participants with practical tools for engaging with challenging situations. Sharing best practices: The project sought to share and reflect on examples of failure and best practice in youth work, particularly in disadvantaged rural regions facing social-economic challenges. By analyzing specific backgrounds and needs, participants aimed to develop effective methods and techniques for working with target groups. Empowerment and skill development: One of the key objectives was to empower participants and the communities they serve by equipping them with a multitude of skills and attitudes. Through exercises in theater, clowning, and social circus, participants aimed to develop autonomy, self-esteem, communication, adaptability, and other vital skills essential for addressing challenges in youth work. International exchange and collaboration: The project aimed to facilitate international exchange and collaboration among participants from diverse backgrounds. By creating a safe and secure space for dialogue and personal transformation, the project sought to foster a sense of citizenship, European identity, and tolerance. Educational outreach and dissemination: Additionally, the project aimed to educate young people and youth workers, primarily in rural environments, about the importance of inclusion, civic citizenship, and the values of the European Union. Through documentation and dissemination activities, the project aimed to enhance the international dimension of activities in the youth field and promote non-formal and informal learning. Capacity building and sustainability: Finally, the project aimed to improve the capacities, attractiveness, and international dimension of partner organizations to ensure the sustainability of efforts to support young people in Europe and elsewhere.
