By participating in the project we got a lot of new knowledge about growth mindset and how to support students' and also teachers' emotional ja social needs. We wanted to educate ourselves so that we would have a larger group of people working in our school who would share the experiance and knowledge with others.
Our organisation Lihula Gümnaasium is a high school located in West Estonia. It is a school with about 300 students. The aim of this porject was to renew teachers' knowledge about educational and emotional support. Studys that have been conducted in our schools have shown that teachers seem to lack knowledge on how to help students achieve the maximum of themselves by simply supporting their self-talk and motivation. So this project was written to reach the largest amount of different interest groups.
