1. Educational innovation and better management at different levels: The school uses a new management model since 2021/2022 academic year. With the help of the project, we wanted to enhance the work of the extended management team and be better informed about good educational innovation practices. Our goal was to learn how to connect innovations with value education and to better monitor and support the individual development of management members, teachers and students. 2. Intergration: The goal was to learn how to use different methods of cooperation more effectively and to combine subjects. We wanted to boost integration not only at the level of different subjects, but also at the level of people, i.e. members of different subject associations (teachers) and students. 3. Introducing a healthy and sustainable thinking and acting and better mental and physical balance: The goal was to gain knowledge on how to apply outdoor learning and non-formal learning techniques, to develop students' critical thinking and creativity. Outdoor learning and movement were and are one of our priorities, so that the school community is healthier both mentally and physically.
