The main activity of Paide High School is to provide high-quality high school education to the students of Järva County and Central Estonia, as well as to all others who wish to study at Paide High School. Young people aged 16-19 study in the high school, 92% of the students come from Järva County, the rest come from neighboring counties. From a geographical point of view, students live outside big cities and they also have fewer opportunities when it comes to intercultural learning on an international level. In the high school, we are trying to connect studies with international opportunities, so that what is learned in the classroom supports what is really happening, and this is precisely from the students' point of view. Internationalization in teaching gives students extra motivation to work hard and creates new opportunities for teachers, which in turn brings new teaching methods and approaches to the classroom.
