Through the professional development of our employees, we can further improve the curriculum of the institution and thus the substantive work with children. We are even more confident that we will be able to start using a project-based way of working in all groups and be more active in using multimedia in teaching and other projects. We are even more professional and innovative in our daily work and motivated to contribute to the development of the institution.
We have been thinking for a long time that we want to write a project and apply for funding for a study visit. However, due to the funding of the cooperation project and the additional limitations of COVID-19, this idea was left out for a while. Now that the activities of the cooperation project are going smoothly and the restrictions are being eased, we decided to take up the matter again. One course was recommended to us and the other one found through the School Education Gateway. The both courses we found met our needs and decided to give it a try. We want to give our teachers an exciting experience and thus develop the daily work of our own institution.
