Our main goal is to contribute to the creation of an even more pleasant and creative school environment. This is why we pursued the professional development of teachers with the aim of effective teaching, deepening student engagement and transforming schools into learning communities
It is well accepted that there is a need for an education that will respond first of all to the needs of all students, to the new social reality and to the new data of the sciences for teaching, learning, knowledge objects and their practices, as well as developing the skills necessary for 21st century citizens. The application for this program came from our desire to contribute to the creation of an even more pleasant and creative school environment where children • acquire critical skills and knowledge needed to get a strong start in life; • the foundations are laid that support lifelong learning and the desire to learn even more.
