GICE was a project that brought together 40 youth workers (9 organizations from 4 youth workers each organization in each training and 4 trainers/stakeholders) and managed to enhance mainly their entrepreneurship skills and environmental awareness. It is a fact that youth unemployment in Europe is high, limiting the opportunities young people must develop themselves and their competences. Moreover, Environmental downgrading is something concerning European Union and other countries. Also, as we can see in all over Europe discrimination, refugees that are coming from everywhere in Europe, racism between them religion and national discrimination, all these are coming to people through the discrimination also of the environment so all these we will try to make them common for all European young people. Main aim of GICE was to contribute to the development and evolvement of young people while diminishing the environmental impact of human activities. This is accomplished by promoting Green Entrepreneurship among youth workers and young people and by addressing the issue of discrimination between people and people interactions' with the environment. Specifically, for each issue or need for which we wanted to provide this activity, we attempt to provide a simple explanation of the challenges we wish to address through our activity. Our project was focused on youth entrepreneurship, which provides new solutions for young people's economic and educational advancement. Green innovation had exploded in popularity as a new formula for success, particularly in the digital space, by combining youth employment, social impact, and prospect self-realization. Additionally, these self-funding, for-profit businesses had a mission to tackle global issues such as unemployment, education, and the promotion of environmentally friendly techniques. Additionally, we raised participant's cultural awareness. All youth workers from participating organisations were eager to engage in this intercultural interaction and, as a result, to explore new ways of learning through Non-Formal education. To provide the relevant knowledge and involve participants in activities that enable them to criticize and work toward the eradication of all forms of discrimination. To gain self-confidence and other forms of resilience: During the training, participants had the opportunity to become more acquainted with themselves and to communicate their feelings and emotions in front of others. Provide non-Formal environmental methods and innovation to the youth workers of the organisations. Participants learned how to transform their thoughts into actions by examining all the aspects of a situation and by responding to numerous questions regarding their ideas, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and limitations of their Ideas. Promote a positive attitude in life through the improvement of their skills in decision making and their own self-improvement: To ensure the best possible outcomes of the project, the priority was to gain self-awareness. Self-awareness is the key for feeling well and making sound choices. To gain knowledge about the Circular Economy and how it will enable them to develop projects and form new collaborations with other participants focused on green innovation and environmental protection through circular economy. Participants had the opportunity and the time to work in groups, providing their ideas and collaborating with one another in the meantime between the two PDA. The main project activities – PDA in Greece (A1) and PDA in Cyprus (A2) were logically connected and comprise a complex program of activities aimed at providing high-quality professional development for youth workers and NGO staff in the field of Green Innovation and Circular Economy. We can clearly see how this type of project activities, which combines two trainings (activity A1 and A2) and practical activities (local actions between A1 and A2 and follow up activities after A2) can serve as an opportunity for representatives of partner NGOs and partner organizations themselves. During the first PDA, participants groups were created to develop their own green ideas into green projects. They’ve done also, SWOT analysis on their collaboratively developed final concepts during the second PDA.
