We tried to achieve • To reduce early school leaving rates(nearly %15) in the communities and make it (% 10 ) • To develop the key competences, such as ICT, linguistic and language competences using ways of teaching and learning focused on children • To encourage children the capacity of work in Europe since early ages by working on linguistic and social competences • To implement the European dimension amongst all participants, encourage them to be openminded • To compare methods of teaching and learning
The necessity of the project had its origins in the needs of enhancing the motivation for learning in and about diversity, in the social context culture, history, economy of Europe and students’ willingness to become more Active Citizens of European Future. As we wrote, young people should be aware of diversities and have great respect for them, this point has been reached and the students mentality changed. This project also encouraged young people to learn and use English efficiently, communication played a vital role and last but not least, we had improved ICT skills, having many virtual mobilities has made them learn a lot, both culturally and technologically. The motto of the project is ‘Unity in Diversity’ as The European motto was first adopted in May 2000
