The basic reason for organizing any project is our desire to give another step forward in our cultural and audiovisual experience, as a vehicle for youthwork and as prevention against the bad habbits among the young. We want to share this aim with another proffessionals and amateurs in the european community. We are convinced that this encounter can set a field for an "explosion of orginal ideas", unforgettable experiences and impossible plans coming true. In this occasion I add few more specific objectives to define our intentions in more detail: PREVENTION OF UNHEALTHY HABBITS AND HARMFUL BEHAVIOUR: The real problem in the province of Navarra is not mostly the material poverty, neither is the immigration poverty, thanks to a great help of the public services. Economical help, public accomodation, school cantine subventions, reduced electricity and water fees... The basic problem nowaday is in our consideration, the isolated lifestyle, without any sence and objectives that affects especially the young people and is directly translated to the elevated ratio of school abandonment, serius addictions to videogames and pornography, and also suicides. This problem affects not only the poor families, but all the levels of the society. What we try with our project is to involve the young people in the public life, in activities with a sense of helping the others, of assisting the most vulnerable ones, discovering the world, the friendship and spiritual feeling. We want to make the culture, the history and the creativity elements for unifying people and impulsing new initiatives. DISSEMINATION OF QUALITY YOUTH CULTURE The digital era and the universal access to the media, to the video edition and dissemination brough a lot of changes. In the one hand, they have brought a lot of liberty and access for anybody to the creative tools. In the other hand, there is a great quantity of audiovisual material, that does not necessarily contains artistic, moral or educative criteria. This blinds all the intentions and results of the reduced number of artists and young investigators, dedicating a lot of effort to make their product perfect. We want to offer the young people with higher aspirations a creative space with audio-visual tools, a sound-studio, musical instruments, cinema proffessionals, theater directors, musicians. These can offer a good assessment service to make the artists' effort effective. This way we'll elevate the value of the time dedicated to meaningful projects full of new ideas.
